Team spirit is a value that puts the common interests of the HPSF ahead of personal interests. It represents the ability to communicate with others so that together we can achieve our objectives in the best possible conditions.

A vital skill

The team spirit is very important because at the HPSF each employee has his or her strengths, weaknesses, desires, vigour, and so to get the best out of each project, we endeavour to 'jumble up' these characteristics to produce an ideal 'cocktail'.  A famous African proverb says:

"Alone, we go faster. Together, we go further! ”
